Blue Yonder, is the world leader in digital supply chain transformations and omni-channel commerce fulfillment. Their end-to-end cognitive business platform enables retailers, manufacturers and logistic providers to fulfill customer demand from planning to delivery.

Challenge

Blue Yonder was redesigning their partnership program. With an increased focus on SaaS delivery through partner reselling channels, partner experience and an innovative new way to incentivize and reward partners.

Role & Contribution

We were hired to help Blue Yonder build out the program, communicate the story internally within Blue Yonder and externally to partners and clients and come up with a campaign to launch and promote the new program.

Campaign Planning
Foundational to almost all our projects is meticulous campaign planning. Our goal was to drive greater adoption of the new program among partners and a renewed enthusiasm for reselling opportunities with Blue Yonder. We focused the campaign on a seamless digital experience, creating the right touch-points for partners at every stage of their journey and building out thorough informational and educational materials so that partners had what they needed to hit the ground running and succeed.
Event Collateral
The new program was announced at Blue Yonder’s annual conference ICON 2022. Our team assisted with materials and collateral for the event including presentations for senior leaders about the program, blog posts promoting the event and the press release announcing the launch.
Partner Program Guide & Portal Materials
Every new program requires a lot of supporting educational material to ensure that participants have a seamless experience. Our team wrote and designed an in-depth guide, complete with visual assets, program breakdown, rewards and incentive structures and accreditation information.
